Subject: Request: Cookies topped with peanut butter, apple slices and
caramel

I would love a recipe for these cookies (possibly a sugar cookie recipe,
maybe a slice and bake cookie.) They are shaped like small flat tarts.
They are baked 1st, a bit a peanut butter spread on top, 2 or 3 thin
apple slices added and then a small amount of caramel was spooned on
top. There were also a few chopped pecans, sprinkled on top. I found
these at a bake sale and they were fabulous.
