Recipe calls for 2 soft 8" taco shells
For the Tuna: 1 8oz. Tuna steak - Cut into large cubes Soy Sauce For the taco and dressings: 2 Soft 8" Flour tortillaas Hand full of cabbage Some slice tomatoes Some onions Some chopped cilantro Lime juice For the Sauce: Sour cream Mayonnaise Cheap taco seasoning Start by slicing your cabbage into very thin strips and set aside. Then dice up some tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and lime, and mix this all together. For the sauce, mix equal parts of sour cream and mayonnaise, then add taco seasoning to taste. Set this aside. Bring a frying pan to a medium high heat and add your tuna chunks. Quickly add several dashes of soy sauce while searing the tune. I like my tuna medium rare, but cook it to your preferred done-ness. Heat your flour tortillas in the microwave for a few seconds. Place the tuna on the tortilla first, then add the cabbage, then generously put your sauce on top of the cabbage, then put the tomato/onion/ cilantro/lime mixture on top of that. http://www.floridakeysrecipes.info -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia D.
