Almond Turkey In Pastry Casserole

Serves 8

3 cup turkey, cooked and cubed
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup almonds, slivered
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup mayonaise
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 pkg Puff pastry, frozen, defrosted 10 minutes

Roll the pastry out to fit one 9X13" pan or two 9X9" baking dishes.
Combine half the cheese and almonds with remaining ingredients and put
in pastry lined baking dish. Top with remaining cheese and almonds.
Freeze ahead or bake at 400 F for 30 minutes.
