Request: 20 year old recipe broccoli casserole with better cheddar crackers All I
remember is can of cream of mushroom soup, miracle whip, lemon juice,
pementoes,sharp cheese and top off with better cheddar crackers. If Anyone can
help me with this..I would be so grateful!

Broccoli Casserole

1 lg. bunch fresh broccoli
1 box Better Cheddar Crackers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 sm. jar diced pimentos
1 lg. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

Cut broccoli off the stems and boil until tender, drain. Add 1 tablespoon butter.
Place in bottom of casserole dish to form first layer. Then in bowl mix together
soup, mayonnaise, pimentos, cheese, salt and pepper. Place over broccoli in
casserole dish to form second layer. (Add an extra layer of cheese next if you
want casserole extra cheesy.) Next, crumble box of Better Cheddar Crackers over
top of mixture to form top layer. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30
minutes.
