Default Mexican Candy

Mexican Candy

3 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 can (14 oz.) water

Mix all ingredients in heavy bottomed pot. Simmer over low hear stirring
often for 2-3 hours. Candy is ready when it has reached about 250*F or
medium ball stage. Mixture will be dark brown. Pour into greased pan
and let cool completely. Break into pieces to serve. This can also be
poured into greased molds.
