Default Swedish Turkey Meatballs

Swedish Turkey Meatballs

1 lb ground turkey breast
1 cup chicken seasoned stuffing mix
1 tablespoon basil
pinch salt and pepper
1 egg
3 tablespoons olive oil
16 oz chicken broth
8 oz milk
8 oz white cooking wine

Combine turkey, stuffing, spices and egg in mixing bowl Form into small
meatballs (12-16 total) Brown meatballs in skillet on medium heat with
olive oil Remove meatballs from skillet Add chicken broth, milk and
cooking wine to skillet Increase heat to high Wisk in flour and bring to
boil Add back meatballs and simmer for 5-10 minutes Serve with rice pilaf
