Subject: REQUEST - Chocalate Cake With Guiness Soaked Prunes
I saw a recipe in a food mag a while back for a chocolate cake that
contained chopped prunes that had been soaked in Guniess. The mag article
was on Ireland. I can't find it now. Can anyone help? Thanks,
Tim Kloth

Best salsa I have had in a while. Looked like the ingredients were roasted
but not sure. It was from Casa Serrano in Laughlin Nevada. I believe the
restaurant is a chain but can't fint it on the internet. Help.

Pheasant soup (like chicken noodle)
I have made the pheasant stock, now what do I with it? Is there a recipe
to use the stock? Can I make soup? Also can I make soup directly with the
pheasant carcuss (one or two) without going through the stock making
process?

Rellanos and Flautas
I live in Louisiana and was absolutley depressed when all of the panchos
closed. We now travel to the nearest one in Houston to eat there but it
gets to be a long trip with 3 kids. I would absolutley love the recipe of
panchos chili rellanos and their flautas.
