Default Sour Cream Gingerbread

Sour Cream Gingerbread

2/3 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp. butter
1/3 cup molasses
1 egg
1 cup sifted flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp cloves
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon

Heat cream; add butter and molasses and stir in beaten egg. Sift flour
with salt, sugar, soda and spices and blend into cream mixture. Bake in
greased 8-inch square pan in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
