Default Chicken Angola with Round Potatoes

Chicken Angola with Round Potatoes

4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts cut into bite size peices
4-5 large potatoes cut into preferred thickness (any available)
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 pkts Goya Sazon powder (with annatto)
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) of butter
1 can of beer (any)
salt & white pepper
olive oil

In a 6 qt. pan filled with water over med. heat, bring to boil, add
potatoes. While those cook to desired texture, set aside when done. In
skillet on medium heat coat bottom of pan with olive oil. Add chicken
and garlic. Cook chicken until almost ready, then add butter, beer, salt,
goya, and bring to boil. Reduce heat and add potatoes. Simmer 5 min.
Remove from heat, then add white pepper to taste. Serve with dinner
rolls.
