Strawberry Spinach Salad

1 pound fresh spinach or mixed greens
1 pint strawberries; sliced
1 cup toasted pecans; chopped
1 red onion; cut in thin rings

----Poppy Seed Dressing----

1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 small onion; chopped
2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Gently combine salad ingredients.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a blender and pour over salad before
serving.
