Meltaway cooky recipe
Hi
I have been looking for a recipe that was on the box of CakeFlour years
ago.
I remember that it took a lot of cream of tartar, butter, and cakeflour.
They were about the size of a Hershey kiss and you put confectioners sugar
on top and they just melt in your mouth. I've seen other recipes, but they
weren't just the right one.
