Default Crowd Pleasing BBQ Sauce

Crowd Pleasing BBQ Sauce

1/2 stick butter or margerine
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 med. onion (minced)
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp tobasco sauce
1/2 cup beer
1 1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup kraft original BBQ sauce
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp kick'n chicken (weber grill seasoning)
1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper

In med. saucepan melt butter or margerine and add garlic & onions. Simmer
over med. heat (stir occ.) till browning starts. Remove from heat and
smash mixture with a spoon in the pan. Combine all other ingredients with
smashed mixture and simmer, covered, over low heat, stiring occ. for 1
hour.
At first taste this sauce is sweet and tangy. Give it a couple of seconds
and the spicy starts blending in to give a great, mouth watering flavor.
