Default Beef Bologna

Beef Bologna

2 lb. hamburger meat (I use extra lean)
2 tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup water
1/2 tsp. pepper (coarse ground)
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Mix well, shape into 3 rolls. Wrap in plastic wrap or foil. Refrigerate
overnight. Remove wrap. Bake at 300 deg. for 1-1/2 hours or until done.
