Default Chicken Manicotti

Chicken Manicotti

3/4 lb bonless skinless chicken breast
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
7 uncooked manicotti shells
26 oz jar spaghetti, divided
1/2 oz sausage, drained and cooked
1/4 lb fresh sliced mushrooms
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup water

Cut chicken into small chunks, toss with garlic powder. Stuff chicken into
manicotti shells, Spread 1` cup spaghetti sauce in the bottom of 7x11 pan.
Arrange shells on top of sauce. Sprinkle with sausage and mushrooms. Pour
remaining spaghetti sauce over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Spoon water
around edge of dish. Cover and bake at 375 for 65-70 minutes.
