Default Flowery Potatoes

Flowery Potatoes

Serves 2

2 med Russet potatoes
1/4 cup milk
Salt
Paprika
8-10 Frozen Broccoli Flowerettes without stems

Bake potatoes at 400 degrees for 60 minutes. Remove from oven and cut the
potatoes in 1/2 lengthwise and scoop out the pulp. Mix the pulp with milk,
adding salt and mash to desired consistency. Replace potato pulp to skins.

Begin steaming broccoli flowerettes Return potatoes to oven and broil for
3-5 minutes until just golden brown. Remove potatoes and set broccoli
flowerettes on top with paprika.

As a nice presentation, I put potatoes on the opposite of the plate and
put the entree between the potatoes
