I would really like some recipes using 7-grain cereal - maybe some
muffins?
I am specifically using Wheat Montana brand (they don't have very many
recipes on their website), but I would imagine most of them are very

Hi! I am looking for the recipe for the Grilled Hamburger served at The
Loop Restaurant (it's a fairly small chain in the south) but they have the
