Default Pumpkin Spice Dessert

Pumpkin Spice Dessert

1 cup Bisquick - baking mix
1/2 cup quick ing oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 can (16 0z.) pumpkin
1 can (13 oz.) evaported milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves, ground
1/2 cup chopped pecans or other nuts
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. firm, margarine or butter

Heat oven to 350 deg. Mix baking mix, oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar anda1/4
cup margarine, until crumbly. Press in rectangular pan (13x9x2 inch). Bake
10 min. - cool slightly.
Beat pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and spices together. Pour over
baked layer and bake 20 min. Mix pecans, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 Tbsp.
margarine, until crumbly; sprinkle over filling. Bake until set 15 to 20
min. Cool completely.

Serve with Spiced Whipped Cream.
Serves 12

Spiced Whipped Cream

1 cup chilled Whipping Cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Beat 1 cup chilled Whipping Cream in a chilled bowl until soft peaks form.
Beat in 1 Tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. grated orange peel and 1/2 tsp cinnamon
until stiff peaks form.
(can use Cool Whip Just add orange peel and cinnamon)
