Default Zingy Zucchini And Tomato Soup

Zingy Zucchini And Tomato Soup

8 medium zucchini
10 tomatoes
2 onions
dessertspoon minced garlic
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup worchestshire sauce
4 chicken stock cubes
salt and pepper to taste
teaspoon chilli powder
1/4cup fresh roemary, oregano, basil
water

Slice zucchini, tomatoes and onion place in large stock pot add other
ingredients and cover with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 40-50
minutes. Puree with a Bamix whizz or equivelent.
