Default Pork Loin in the Crockpot

Pork Loin in the Crockpot

A piece of pork loin that will fin length-wise in your crock-pot.
2 pkg. refrigerated kraut-drained and rinsed
2-3 large onions - cut in half top to bottom - then cut in silvers
gently saute until slightly caramelized
2-3 cans of beer - at room temperature -- apple juice is a good
substitute

Brown pork on all sides slowly in a greased skillet. Place one
package of kraut on the bottom of the crock-pot. Put roast on this
bed. Put the onions on top of the roast. Top that with the other sack
of kraut. Warm the beer then pour over the meat and vegies, making
sure that you have the meat covered. Cook on low 7+ hours.
