Baked Salmon Croquettes

Request: Need sugar-free salmon recipe

I need a salmon recipe for my mother who is diabetic. Any help would be
greatly appreciated

Baked Salmon Croquettes

1 13 oz can salmon drained
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup choped green pepper
1/4 cup soy, teriyaki or hoisen sauce
1/3 cup myonnaise or salad dressing (I have used ranch or bleu cheese
salad dressing}

Turn oven to 350 Combine all engredients. Form into six to eight patties
and place on ungreased cookie sheet. bake 15 to 20 minutes until lightly
browned. Serve
