Rocky Road Fudge
1/4 cup milk 2 packages milk chocolate chips (5.75 oz. each) 2 cups miniature marshmallows 1/2 cup chopped nuts Dash salt Butter a square 8 x 8" pan. Heat milk and chocolate chips in a 2 quart pan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate chips melt; remove from heat. Stir in miniature marshmallows, chopped nuts and salt. The marshmallows will make little lumps in the candy. Spread candy in pan. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Cut into 1" squares. Makes about 4 dozen candies.
