I cannot remember the name of this recipe. I can't find it anymore and I
want it bad! Please help!
Anyway, it is a really easy dish made with chunky peanut butter, tomatoes
and onions with some other herbs and spices over brown rice. It looks
kinda like deep golden brown throw-up but it tastes amazing.
