Wild Mushroom Penne
1 1/2 Lbs Penne 2/3 Cup Lemon Pepper Marinade 1 10.5 oz can of chicken broth 3 cloves garlic 1 small onion 1 tablespoon flour 1 pound mixed wild mushrooms Extra Virgin Olive Oil In large skillet saute minced garlic and coarsly chopped onion in EVOO for about 3-4 minutes. Add mushrooms and continue sauteing. Add lemon pepper marinade and chicken brothand bring to boil. In seperate pot boil penne paste for 15 minutes. Mix tablespoon of flour with a small amount of water until dissolved and add to skillet. Reduce heat and simmer. Mix with penne and serve -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia D. Hill at .
