Laredo's Queso Dip

There are two Laredo's mexican restaurants in Madison, WI. I would LOVE
the recipe to their Queso (cheese) dip. I couldn't find it anywhere else
and was a little bit disappointed that you guys didn't have it.

Subject: Slovakian Traditional Potato Sausage

I live in the Chicago area, Joliet in fact and I have been asked to make
potato sausage that is traditionally made by Slovaks in this area. It
seems that the tradition was not passed down and the men that made it
are dying off. I make homemade sausage and I have been asked if I could
make some for Easter for friends of the family.

Does anyone out there have a traditional Slovakian potato sausage
recipe? I cannot find a thing on the Internet.

Thank you

J.R.
