Mojito Frozen Mixer Recipes
I have an abundance of Bacardi frozen Mojito mixers and wondered if
there are any recipes (for food dishes or beverages) I could use these

Can anyone help? My mother-in-law used to make a pumpkin log that had a
mixture of ice-cream and pumpkin (pie filling?) rolled into a log with a
spice flavored cake that she made and sliced into layers for rolling.
It was yummy! She has since passed away and no one in the family can
find the recipe. We can find numerous pumpkin log recipes on the net
but they all have a cream cheese base rather than the ice-cream. We
seem to remember that Mom's recipe originally came from a magazine. An
old family tradition will be forever lost if we can't figure this one
out! Thanks for any help. Don.
