Biscuits (Big Batch)
recipe By: Vicki Hunt of South Carolina 3 cup Hudson Cream self-rising flour 1 1/2 cups buttermilk (older is best, not brand new) 1 cup regular milk Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the self-rising flour and the buttermilk. Stir well. No need for shortening. Add regular milk. Stir it well. Drop by tablespoons into a greased Pyrex dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Vicki says this recipe makes a lot of drop biscuits. -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia D. Hill at .
