Got a honey question!!! A friend of mine gave me a really big jar of honey.

Now, I love honey but being single I can only eat so much. What my problem is it is
turning to
crystals at the bottom. I know you can set it in warm or hot water to change this back
but can you
microwave it with the same results? How long in each do you let it set? How long will
it stay in the
