Default Bar-B-Que Dry Rub

Bar-B-Que Dry Rub

3 Tbsp sweet paprika
3 Tbsp brown sugar (light or dark)
1 1/2 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp garlic salt
1 Tbsp onion salt
1 Tbsp celery salt
1 tea cumin
1 tea ground oregano
1 tea coriander
1/8 tea cinnamon

Place all ingrediants into a large bowl and pound mixture till there are
no lumps visable. Rub on all sides of steak, beef or pork before grilling.
Let stand 5 to 10 min before putting onto grill.
Keeps up to 6 mons in refrig in tight sealed container.
