Pineapple upside down cake
I am looking for a recipe where the cake part is so moist you could wring
it out. It has the traditional pineapple rings, cherries and even walnuts
and lots and lots of brown sugar. The cake may be pierced at some point
and maybe the pineapple juice is poured over it. All I know is that this
cake is delicious. (My husband went to a party and brought me a piece
home)
