4 Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup shredded bakers semi sweet chocolate

Pre-heat over to 350 F Mix peanut butter and egg together in a large
bowl, and slowly add sugar, then add about 1/4 of a cup of the chocolate.
Using a tablespoon, make balls of the mixture and place onto a greased
cookie sheet, pressing a hole into the centre of the ball, then add a
pinch of the leftover shredded chocolate. Cook in oven for 8-10 minutes,
when done trasfer a.s.a.p to a wire cooling rack.
