Default Mahimahi Fillets

Mahimahi Fillets
Males 4 servings

1 1/2 lbs. mahimahi fillets
1/2 cup Chablis or other dry white wine
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 green onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Lemon juice to taste (optional)
Garnishes: lemon slices, fresh parsley sprigs

Rinse fillets with cold water, and pat dry. Place in an ungreased 11x 7 x
1
1/2" baking dish. Pour wine over fillets; cover and marinate in the
refrigerator for 1 hr., turning once. Drain, discarding marinade. Combine
sour cream, mayonnaise, and green onions; spread sour cream mixture evenly
over fillets. Cover and bake at 450 for 20 min. or until fish flakes
easily
when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and lemon juice to
taste, if desired. Garnish, if desired.
