Pizza Quesadillas

2 flour tortillas-any size
1/2 Cup shredded cheese
6-8 pepperoni slices
1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
1 Tbsp butter

On tortillas, lightly butter one side. Take one tortilla,turn over and
spread cheese to cover unbuttered side of tortilla. Place pepperoni on top
of cheese. Place remaining tortilla on top, buttered side up. Heat in pan
over medium until tortilla turns light brown, and crspy, turn over. Makes
8 slices of quesadilla.

This recipe can be modified by your favorite topping, or veggies.
