Request: cellophane noodles

Cellophane Noodles And Ground Pork 8 oz. ground lean pork 2 2-oz. packages cellophane noodles 2 tsp. chopped green onion 1 tsp. chopped ginger root 1/2 Tbsp. hot bean paste (more if desired) 1/4 tsp. MSG 2 Tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. cornstarch 2 cups (1 can) chicken broth Soak bean threads in cold water until soft (about 10 min), drain, and cut into shorter lengths. Heat pan and 3-4 Tbsp. oil and stir fry pork 2 minutes. Add onion, ginger and hot bean paste and stir fry until fragrant.
