Smoked Ham Hocks And Cabbage

4 smoked ham hocks
8 small new potatoes, halved
head of cabbage
pressure cooker

Pressure cook hocks in 2 cups water 40 minutes. Remove the hocks and add
the potatoes, halved and unpeeled, and the cabbage, cut into chunks, to
the pressure cooker. Cook 5 minutes at full pressure. Combine with the
hocks and season to taste salt and pepper.
