I have a McKinley Pie recipe that was a standard for my Aunt Glyda--
she passed in 2003 at the age of 96. I don't know anyone else who makes this pie.. 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 3 Tbsp. Flour 1 cup butter 1 cup milk 2 tsp. spices (any kind you want) Mix everything together, pour in unbaked pie shell- sprinkle the top with nutmeg Bake for 55-60 minutes at 350 (or until set) The recipe says lots of spices, but I can't think of anything to use except cinnamon. Any suggestions? -- Rec.food.recipes is moderated by Patricia D. Hill at . Only recipes and recipe requests are accepted for posting. Please allow several days for your submission to appear.
