Default Amazingly Good Corned Beef

Amazingly Good Corned Beef

Corned Beef Brisket (1-lb per person)
Sweet Pickling Spice
Water

Place sweet pickling spice in bottom of baking dish, then place Corned
Beef Brisket on top of sweet pickling spice. Add water (about 1/4 inch in
pan with beef), then cover with lid and bake at 300F until tender (4-5
hours). Let Brisket cool for 30 minutes and then trim fat to about 1/8th
inch, and slice across the grain of the beef.
