The crab & artichoke dip at Voodoo Lounge inside the Rio Las Vegas is
absolutely the most scrumptious, delicious dip I have ever tasted! I tried
it on my anniversary, and have been trying to recreate it with no luck!
It's not creamy, but made with olive oil and is very chunky and extrememly
rich. A cup of it was all my boyfriend and I could take. Please help me
recreate their recipe!
