Grapenuts Cereal Muffins

I found a good recipe for muffins using grapenuts and applesauce. You soaked the
grapenuts in milk prior to mixing. It was on a box of grapenuts cereal this past
summer. I have lost the recipe and would like to have it again.

I am looking for a recipoe for cold chicken loaf that we would slice up for
sandwiches.It tasted just like the "chicken roll" lunchmeat you got at the deli.I
think she pulled apart the chicken,sauteed some celery and onions,and added the gel
from the chicken along with some mild seasonings,put it in a loaf pan,chilled it
overnight,and somehow it would all hold together for slicing. Do you think she also
used some chicken stock with unflavored gelatin too?Unfortunately,she didn't write
alot of her recipes down and she passed away before I could get her recipe.I've seen
alot of chicken loaf recipes, but most of them are baked and contain rice and all
kinds of things that resemble a meatloaf rather than a lunchmeat.Can anyone help me
find a recipe for this?

My recipe came from, I believe, Sphere/Cuisine around 1978; possibly
1979 or 1980. The magazine changed names at some point, and used both
names for a time. It was published by Betty Crocker, but I have found
conflicting information about it being sold and discontinued.

The particular issue was end of year, probably had red and green
dominant on the cover but not particularly a Christmas issue. It
may have been published every two months and my copy arrived in Nov.

The recipe was for a Bundt cake using finely diced apples and had
caramel sauce poured over the cake hot from the oven and then when
it was taken from the pan. Best cake I have EVER had! Of course,
it had cinnamon and nuts, and probably other spices but none exotic.
I have found very similar recipes on the web, but not THE ONE. The
recipe was a featured one, with photos. My memory has been known to
fail, but I'm fairly certain about the mag.....it is conceivable it
was from Bon Appetit, but probably not. The Sphere/Cuisine name is
not connected, as far as I know, with the currently published "Cuisine".
