Default Holiday Rich Cake


Holiday Rich Cake

2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 large can crushed pineapple

Mix all the above together by hand. Grease pan. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes in 9x13
pan.

Frosting

1 8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Beat all together. All the above should be room temp.
Frost cake while warm, not hot. Sprinkle with walnuts.
