Easy Peach Cobbler

1 lg can of peaches in heavy syrup
1 pkg of yellow cake mix
3/4 cup (1 1/2 stick ) of butter
1 tsp vanilla

Pour peaches in 9x13 baking pan, Add vanilla, stir and distribute Peaches
evenly in pan. Knead cake mix and pour over peaches. Melt oleo and pour
over dry cake mix distributing as even as possible. Bake @ 400' for About
an hour until top is evenly browned.
