Many years ago I ate an excellent dressing/stuffing that was made for stuffing very large fish. It consisted ground beef and lots of fruits of the
season, and was from a Pilipino cook. Anybody have a recipe for anything like that? If I can find something like that stuffing I want to modify it
for poultry.
