Default Nana\\\'s Dinner Rolls

Nana\\\'s Dinner Rolls

3/4 Cup water
1 Egg
3 Cups bread flour
6 Tablespoon butter
4 Tablespoon powdered milk
3 Tablespoon sugar
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Package bread machine yeast or 2 1/2 Teaspoon jar yeast.

Process all ingredients in order listed in bread machine bucket on dough cycle (135 - 140) minutes. Remove dough, punch down and shape in ball. Wrap
in Sara n wrap and let rest 10-15 minutes. Spray 2 8" or 9" cake pans with Pam. Shape dough into 18 balls and place in pans. Cover with Saran wrap and
let rise until double (30-45 minutes). Bake 350F for 15 minutes. Brush with butter and enjoy.
