Cherry Supreme Salad

3-oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 can cherry pie filling
1 small can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
2 cup boiling water
3-oz. pkg. lemon gelatin
3-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 carton Cool Whip
1/2 cup mayonnaise

First layer
Dissolve raspberry gelatin in boiling water and add cherry pie filling.
Pour
into a 9 x 9 inch pan. Allow to set.
Second layer
Dissolve lemon gelatin in other cup of boiling water and add pineapple.
Cream mayonnaise and cream cheese; add Cool Whip. Combine gelatin and Cool
Whip mixture with marshmallows. Spread on top of first layer and sprinkle
with nuts if desired.


Triple Berry Dessert

2 sm. triple berry sugar-free Jell-O (or 1 lg. box)
1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 can blueberry or cherry pie filling ( Reduced Calorie)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip (lite)

Drain juice of pineapple into saucepan. Add 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil.
Add Jello and dissolve. Add pineapple and pie filling; stir well. Pour
into glass dish and refrigerate. Spread Cool Whip on top about 1 hour
before serving.
