Default Quick Tartar Sauce for Chicken or Fish


Quick Tartar Sauce for Chicken or Fish:

1 cup mayonnaise
3 sweet pickles, finely chopped
1 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar

* Use only real mayonnaise.

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover tightly and chill.
