My mom got this recipe from a neighbor a long time ago and it is one of
the best chocolate cake recipes that I know of. You can't taste the
zucchini in the cake, but it does help to create a really moist, delicious
cake. Enjoy!

Zucchini Chocolate Cake

1/2 cup Margarine
1/4 cup Oil
1 3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Whole Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup Sour Milk
4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 1/2 cup Flour
2 cup Zucchini -- grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together margarine, oil, sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla, and sour milk.
Stir in cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and flour and mix until
blended. Add zucchini and stir well.
Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Cool and top with frosting of your choice.
