CORRECTION: Sorry about the Cilantro , its supposed to be a 1/4 cup of chopped
cliantro


Chipotle Dip for Shrimp

1 can of Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2 cups mayonaise
3 Tbsp prepared yellow mustard
1/4 chopped cilantro

In a food processer or blender chop the chipotles add the mayo , mustard ,
and blend till smooth add chopped cilantro leaves and mix well , let it
set a couple hours well chilled before serving.
