Subject: Vinegar in hot wings

I am looking for a hot wing recipe similar to that which a local pub
serves.
It has the aroma of vinegar. They change the degree of spice from mild to
HOT. The wings also have a red sauce over them. Then you dip in a blue
cheese
dip.

They also make a wing that is called lemon pepper. We would adore that
recipe also.

I had a copy of a recipe that was printed in a local paper in
Jacksonville, NC back in the late 80's or early 90's and can't find
it. I hope someone out there can help me. The recipe was called "The
Great One's Chilli" and was supposed to be Jackie Gleason's favorite
personal recipe. It is a great tasting chilli and I would love to
make it again. Thanks for any help.
