Default Bread Pudding

Bread Pudding

2 cup bread crumbs
2 1/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Heat milk. Add butter and bread crumbs. Add beaten eggs with sugar and
vanilla. Add salt and raisins. Use large buttered casserole. Bake
approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees. Set casserole in pan of water while
baking. Serve warm butter sauce as follows:

Warm Butter Sauce
1/4 cup butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
Shake of salt
1 cup boiling water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter. Add sugar and flour. Mix well. Add boiling water. Cook
until thickened. Add vanilla. Serve warm over pudding.
