Dreamland is a barbecue rib joint in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, USA.
It's a pretty cheesy-looking place, but has the best BBQ ribs
I've ever had. And the sauce they serve with them is just great.

There's a recipe out there on the www, e.g.,

<http://recipeview.com/None/None241.htm>

for "almost Dreamland" sauce, but I've made it a couple of times,
and it really doesn't taste all that much like the real thing.

So I'm wondering if anyone out there has a better version of
Dreamland sauce.

I had a recipe once for roast winter vegetables, celeriac and other root
vegetables were included along with whole garlic bulbs and shredded onion.
Do any of your contributors have anything similar?
