South Indian Simple Omlet

Hello Foodies!

This is going to be my first recipe. Iam not sure what is it called officially as its my own.

You need 2 eggs.
1 small onion
Red chilly powder
Salt to taste
3 tea spoons of water
5 tea spoons oil
Finely shopped coriander

Method:

Finely chop the onion in small pieces.
Put the chopped onion in a small bowel.
Add a little salt (according to your taste) to it.
Add little red chilly powder (according to your taste).
Add 3 to 4 tea spoons of water and stir well.
Now, add the 2 eggs in to it and stir well once again.

Heat a small (medium) pan and add 5 tea spoons of oil in it.

Make sure the oil is well heated.
Now, put the egg mix into the heated pan, let it cook for about 2 - 3 minutes on a low flame with the pan closed.

Make sure its on low flame, else you will burn the omlet :)

After 2 mins, turn the omlet and cook the other site of it with open pan.

The dish is ready. Now, just sprinkle the coriander leaves a bit on the Omlet.

Enjoy the omlet.
